Customer Care
All clients must enroll in our Customer Care Line by texting “@BookBeBe” to 81010. You’ll be able to send your booking inquiries to our Booking Boss, Myia, as well as receive real-time text alerts, including but not limited to cancellation alerts, reminders, booking updates, and product alerts. Enrollment required immediately after booking.
Booking Notes
Add-Ons >Please thoroughly read through ALL add-ons. If services are not added on prior to appointment we will not be able to provide desired add-ons due to lack of time allocation. This includes “CUTS" & "STYLING" upgrades.
Emergency Appointments >
A $100 non-refundable emergency fee must be sent via one of the payment methods listed below to confirm appointment. Once your request is confirmed, you will receive a 2nd confirmation email with the emergency fee add-on attached.
Waitlist >
Disregard any waitlist reminders. Appointment is not confirmed until our Booking Boss, Myia, has followed up and your confirmation or reminder notification states "BeBe's Availability" rather than "Waitlist".
Salon Etiquette + Appointment Guidelines
Location >
BeBe is located at Sola Salon Studios in Beverly, Chicago. Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a reminder email 48hr prior with physical address.
No Extra Guests >
To avoid distractions and to ensure a time-friendly appointment, please refrain from bringing kids or other guests to your appointment. Only those who are being serviced are allowed in salon.
Upon Arrival >
You must wait in your vehicle until BeBe notifies you via text message that you are able to enter. Mask Required!
Hair Prep >
Natural hair must be detangled prior to appointment.
Late Fee >
You will have a 15-min grace period for your arrival and then a $15 Late Fee will apply. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. Whether your appointment has been cancelled by BeBe due to lateness or requested by you less than 24 hours prior, you are subject to being charged 50% of your full service; 100% for "no show" + 5% transaction fee

Photo Following Your Service >
BeBe loves to take "after" photos of her clients to add to her portfolio. It is not required at all, but if you're up for it, come picture-ready. A face beat would be perfect for a little razzle dazzle!
Wig Construction
BYOB (Bring Your Own Bundles) >
You must schedule a hair drop off to B.Y.O.B into the salon the week prior to install. If your wig construction INCLUDES color services, you must schedule for a day two weeks prior to install.
Book a time slot to drop off your hair. Availability for the week will open up each Monday by 5pm.
Bundles should be free of packaging and placed into a Ziplock bag with your name on it.

SHOP EXTENDED BEAUTY >
Orders must be placed by 7pm CST Wednesday the week prior to appointment. If your wig construction includes color services, you must order by 7pm Wednesday two weeks prior to your appointment. Choose "Hair Appointment" at checkout.
